  • Classic New England Clam Chowder - a rich cream broth loaded with tender clams and bits of potatoes
    Bruchetta- Slices of toasted french bagette topped with fresh sauteed summer tomatoes, fresh garlic, imported olive oil, island basil and fresh mozzarella.
    Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail- served with choice of sauces-bloodymary cocktail sauce- basil pesto-spicy lemon, mango with mint
    Stuffed Quahogs- filled with a homemade stuffing of chopped quahogs, chourice, peppers, onion, garlic, seasalt, lemon, white wine, butter and bread
    Calzone- stuffed with fresh steamed brocoli, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, lemon, butter and sea salt

  • Pastas

  • Spaghetti- with red or white clam sauce.
    Greek linguini- sauteed with imported olive oil, chicken stock, garlic, hot pepper flakes, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, fresh basil, white wine, and finished with feta cheese. Sauteed shrimp can be added.
    Regular or whole wheat pasta is available.
